At the end of this month, between Wednesday 24th September and Tuesday 30th September, we will be closed for business to facilitate our annual (and very manual!) stock take. Unfortunately, for this reason, it will not be possible to dispatch any orders during this time.
We thought it was best to let you know in advance, just in case you need us.
If you would like to place an order over the phone please place orders by 2.30pm today Friday 19th September.
For online, we highly recommend you place any orders on or before Sunday 21st September, just to be on the safe side.
We will always try our best to ensure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee your order will leave us in time if it’s placed after the dates above.
Online Orders Placed During Stock TakeOur website will remain fully functional for you to browse through our product range and online orders will be accepted if you choose to make a payment. However, no orders will be processed or dispatched from our warehouse during our stock take closure. Please be aware that we cannot confirm any specific dispatch dates but will ensure orders are sent at our earliest opportunity on our return.
During our temporary closure, an answer phone facility will be available. If you need to speak to us, please leave your name, telephone number and the reason for your call and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Emails will also be checked on a regular basis during this time.
