Delivery Information

Our trusted delivery service is free for orders over £50, to most areas of the UK, and only £5.25 for orders under £50.

It is our aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. If, for some reason, this is not possible, and despatch is not likely to take place within a week, then we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland) should be made within 3-5 working days. In the event of a delay or a missing parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. 

UPDATE: International Deliveries

Please note, we are currently unable to send orders to countries outside of England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland due to overseas shipping restrictions. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

Orders Containing Flammable Items
If a flammable item is on your order and delivery cannot be made to your area, you will be advised that the flammable item will be refunded and the rest of the order can be sent out as usual. Should your order only include flammable items, you will be informed and refunded in full.

Oversized Orders (Heavy / Machinery)
For orders containing heavy goods or machinery, please contact us for a quote on delivery. Delivery is estimated to arrive between 7 - 10 working days. Please give us a call to discuss suitable delivery options. 

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland only (Service temporarily unavailable)
A Next Day Delivery service is available for £7.88 at the checkout stage. If you would like your order delivered the next day, your order must be placed before 1pm and you must be present at the address given to accept delivery and sign for your order the following day.

Please note, orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after this time will arrive the following Tuesday. We do not ship any orders on a Saturday, therefore any orders received during this time will leave us Monday for a Tuesday arrival.

Packaging

The majority of our packaging can be recycled and put in your household recycling bin, or you may need to take it to your local recycling centre. If you are unsure what can be recycled, please check details with your local council.

• Cardboard boxes can be re-used or recycled at home.
• The white biodegradable packing peanuts/chippings are made from natural, nontoxic sources, such as wheat and corn starch. They dissolve in water and can be thrown into compost piles after a single use.
