Service & Store Update
Hello!
We hope you're keeping well and had an enjoyable Easter break.
As you may know, we've been temporarily closed due to a recent Covid-19 outbreak amongst our team. We can now confirm that a deep clean of our site has been completed, and we're pleased to let you know that we are now able to safely return to our office and warehouse.
Our online services and phone lines will be back up and running on Wednesday 7th April from 10am.
Please note, we will be operating with a smaller team than usual while some still focus on making a full recovery at home. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.Store Update
Following the Governments latest updates, we're pleased to announce that we'll be re-opening our store to visiting customers on Monday 12th April at 10am, and we can't wait to see you!Our safety measures in and around the store remain in place to keep you and our team safe. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the safety measures before visiting us; just so you know what to expect.
For your safety and others around you, please wear a face covering when visiting our store. If you decide not to wear a face covering, you may be refused entry upon arrival.
Limited Entry
A maximum of 8 people will be allowed to enter our store at any one time. You will be asked to wait and queue outside if the store is already at full capacity. Where possible, we ask that you visit on your own please. No children will be allowed entry until further notice.
Hand Sanitiser
A hand sanitising gel will be provided for you to use upon arrival. It is crucial that you use this gel to protect yourself and others around you. If you wear gloves to visit us, you must sanitise them on entry please.
Social Distancing
Our team are practising social distancing and we would appreciate it if you could too. Markers have been laid down to help you and others stay 2 metres apart. This is to keep you as safe as possible while you're visiting us.
One-Way System
To support the 2 metre distancing guideline, we are operating a one-way system so you can browse safely. Black and yellow arrows on the floor will guide you around our store, machinery room and timber room, so you won't miss anything.
Please Be Patient
We understand that a one-way system may be frustrating at times. We ask that you please be mindful of others and if you have to pass someone, please do so carefully and pass them back-to-back, facing away from them.
Card and Contactless Payments Only
We will not be accepting cash payments until further notice. This is to protect your safety and the well-being of our team. To pay for your item(s), please use your card, voucher or a contactless payment.Store Opening Hours

Click here for directions.If you're local to us, there is an opportunity to Click & Collect online and telephone orders too! All we need is the time and date you want to collect, your payment in advance and we'll confirm everything with you before you travel.
Can't make it to the store? We're still here at the other end of the phone to answer technical queries and offer product advice. If there's something you need, a mail order service is available. Orders can be placed on our website or over the phone and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
