Important: COVID-19 Outbreak

Our Dear Friends, 

We're saddened to have to share this message but the safety of our team and our customers is our highest priority.

Over the last twelve months, we have overcome many challenges, and always strived to maintain our service levels as near to normal as possible, whilst at the same time maintaining strict social distancing measures in and around our warehouse.

However, today, with immediate effect, we are forced to temporarily suspend all of our online and telephone services for the next 7 working days due to a significant Covid-19 outbreak amongst our team.

During our temporary closure, no orders will be processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Our team will be staying at home, and will not have access to the company phone or email, therefore, we will be unable to respond to queries, process orders or issue any refunds during this time.

Our website will remain fully functional for you to browse our product range and online orders will be accepted if you choose to make a payment. However, please be aware that we cannot confirm a dispatch date at this time, you may be waiting for an unknown number of days for an order to arrive.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding during this extremely difficult time.
