Important delivery information and store opening hours during the festive season.
As Christmas is always a busy time of year, we’ve put together some important dates that will hopefully help you prepare.
Christmas Delivery Dates
Our delivery service providers are currently under a lot of pressure delivering thousands of parcels around the country every day. To reduce the risk of a delay before Christmas, we would strongly recommend that you place any orders, online or over the phone as soon as possible.
We will always try our best to ensure your orders are despatched as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee any orders will arrive before Christmas.

Date Opening Hours Monday 18th December 10am - 4pm Tuesday 19th December 10am - 4pm Wednesday 20th December 10am - 4pm Thursday 21st December 10am - 4pm Friday 22nd December 9am - 11am Saturday 23rd December Closed Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve) Closed Monday 25th December (Christmas Day) Closed Tuesday 26th December (Bank Holiday) Closed Wednesday 27th December 10am - 2pm Thursday 28th December 10am - 2pm Friday 29th December Closed Saturday 30th December Closed Sunday 31st December (New Year's Eve) Closed Monday 1st January (New Year's Day) Closed Tuesday 2nd January 10am - 4pm Wednesday 3rd January 10am - 4pm Thursday 4th January 10am - 4pm Friday 5th January 10am - 4pm Saturday 6th January (Saturday Surgery) 10am - 3pm We remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. However, we do open on the first Saturday of the month for our Saturday Surgery between 10am - 3pm. The next Saturday Surgery will be 6th January 2023.
Can’t make it to the store? An answer phone facility will be available during our closed hours and busy periods on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th of December. If you need to speak to us, please leave your name, telephone number and the reason for your call and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you want to place an order, you can do this on our website and we will despatch it for you at our earliest opportunity.
