Coronavirus Update
Due to the ongoing uncertainty around the full impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), official updates and advice is changing daily during this fast-evolving situation. Our thoughts are with those who have been affected and we’re grateful to those who are working hard to care for them.
As a precautionary measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19, we have decided that, at 4pm on Saturday 21st March, we will temporarily close our store to visiting customers. The health and well-being of our customers and team is our main priority.
Although you won’t have access to our store in person, please know that we are still here for you and will support you as much as we possibly can.

Between Monday - Friday, from 9am - 4:45pm, we’ll be at the other end of the phone to answer technical queries, offer product advice and accept any orders you may want to place. An answer phone facility will be available on Saturdays and Sundays and we will respond to your voicemail messages as soon as possible during our temporary, reduced working hours.
Alternatively, you can visit our website or contact us by email. You can even drop us a message on Facebook or Instagram if you use social media. Whichever way you decide to contact us, know that we are here to help.
Delivery
To reduce the pressure on our team and the couriers we work with, a next day service will temporarily be unavailable. It is important to us that your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible but during these challenging times, please understand that our estimated delivery times may be a little longer than usual. If you have any questions regarding an order, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help you.Collections
If you would prefer to collect your order, please give us a call to arrange a set date and time. We would be grateful if payments could be made in advance to reduce the risk of transmission; everybody’s safety is important.Courses
In the interest of safety, all Courses between April and June 2020 will be cancelled. Anyone booked on a Course between these dates will be contacted personally and offered a full refund. We hope to continue hosting Courses from July, but we will monitor the situation closely and advise of any updates nearer the time.Keep in touch
