Tormek Sharpening Day - October 2019
On Friday 25th October, we’d like to invite you to our free Tormek Sharpening Day at our store. Held in our machinery room, you’ll get to see first-hand demonstrations, learn a variety of tool sharpening techniques and find out more about the benefits of owning your very own Tormek sharpening system. There will also be exclusive special offers available on selected Tormek products, available in-store only.
Back in the 1970’s, founder Torgny Jansson, struggled to get the market to believe in his innovative new sharpening machine. Stockists in Sweden weren’t showing any interest, so Tormek came to seek its market abroad. Since then, Tormek has become a global brand and today it has the widest product range on the market.
Tormek offers a complete sharpening system for all kinds of edge tools suitable for woodturners, woodcarvers, luthiers, ice sculptors, chefs and many more. The spirit of innovation and the desire to make sharpening easy and effective is still at the heart of the business.
Clive, a Tormek Representative, will be with us all day sharing his expert knowledge!
