We know, it's not the most exciting news to share, but it's something we think you need to be aware of... just in case you need us!

Annual Stock Take

Between Monday 7th and Friday 11th September, we will be closed for business to facilitate our annual (and very manual!) stock take. Unfortunately, for this reason, it will not be possible to process or dispatch any orders during this time.

Prepare yourself!

If you need any product advice or technical support before we close for our annual stock take, please get in touch with us before 4pm on Friday 4th September

If you would like to place an order over the phone or online, we highly recommend you place any orders on or before the following dates:

  • Small orders to be shipped by Royal Mail
    Wednesday 2nd September
  • Large orders to be shipped by courier
    Thursday 3rd September

We will always try our best to ensure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee your order will leave us in time if it’s placed after the dates above.

Store Opening Hours

If you would prefer to visit us before our stock take closure, our store is open, Monday to Friday, between 10am – 4pm. The store will be closed during our stock take and our click and collect service will be temporarily unavailable.

 

Online Orders Placed During Stock Take

Our website will remain fully functional for you to browse through our product range and online orders will be accepted if you choose to make a payment. However, no orders will be processed or dispatched from our warehouse during our stock take closure. Please be aware that we cannot confirm any specific dispatch dates but will ensure orders are sent at our earliest opportunity on our return.

During our temporary closure, an answer phone facility will be available. If you need to speak to us, please leave your name, telephone number and the reason for your call and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Emails will also be checked on a regular basis during this time.
