Product Description
Four single sheets of Abranet, measures 70mm x 125mm. Grit options range from 240 grit to 600 grit, suitable for sanding wood before burning with a pyrography tool. The higher grit number is equivalent to a finer abrasive, which creates smoother surface finishes. Lower grit numbers represent coarser abrasives that scrape off materials much quicker.
Abranet is a revolutionary new sanding material. The unique, patented sanding material contains thousands of small holes which effectively vacuum up dust and other particles without clogging the surface. The result is seen in a very uniform sanding pattern and a perfectly smooth surface. Airborne dust is minimised thereby making for a safer and healthier working environment.
When sanding, we recommend starting with a lower grit number and working up to achieve a smooth finish, for example start with 240grit, then 320grit and so on, to achieve your preferred smooth finish.
