How do I order a Gift Voucher?
When ordering a voucher for someone online, you will need:

• The recipient's email address: The voucher will be sent directly to the recipient. Alternatively, you can enter your own email address if you would prefer to forward the voucher to the recipient yourself or print it off
• Your message: Include your own personal message, including your name so the recipient knows who it's from!
• Delivery date: Select a delivery date for the voucher to be sent. Ideal if you're preparing in advance or need to send a last minute gift on the same day!

I want to select my own voucher value. Can I do that?
Our Gift Voucher amounts are fixed online. We have £10, £25, and £50 available. If you would like to order a voucher with a larger value, please call or email us with the details so we can try to arrange this for you.

Can I order or redeem a Gift Voucher is I live outside of the UK?
Gift Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my Gift Voucher arrive?
Gift Vouchers that are ordered online are normally sent within one hour of ordering, pending the normal fraud checks. If you have selected a future delivery date, your Gift Voucher will be emailed the morning of your chosen date. If for any reason your Gift Voucher does not arrive please contact our team by calling 01302 744344.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers are redeemable in-store, online or when placing an order over the phone. Please read the 'How to Redeem' tab for further information.

Can I check the balance of my Gift Voucher?
To check the balance, please give us a call on 01302 744344 and quote your voucher code. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on a purchase. Change will not be given. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Any remaining balance left after the expiry date will be cancelled and the Gift Vouchers will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Spend Your Voucher In-Store

1. Visit our store in Harworth, Nottinghamshire. Postcode DN11 8RU
2. Select the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket  
3. At the till, please present your gift voucher as a method of payment on your mobile phone or a printed copy
4. A member of our team will confirm when your payment has been successful

Spend Your Voucher Online

1. Visit our website: www.turners-retreat.co.uk
2. Select the products you wish to order and add them to your shopping basket
3. At the basket stage, enter your gift voucher code in the box near the order subtotal
4. Click the 'Apply Code’ button and a confirmation should appear to say that the voucher code has successfully been applied

Spend Your Voucher Over The Phone

1. Give us a call on 01302 744344
2. Let us know what you would like to order
3. Once you have finished your order, please quote the gift voucher code clearly for us to apply it against your order
4. A member of our team will confirm when your payment has been successful

Please note, Gift Vouchers can only be applied to orders with UK delivery.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: Turners Retreat Gift Vouchers

1. These terms & conditions refer to Gift Vouchers. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Gift Vouchers can be purchased online in fixed amounts of either £10, £25 or £50. Other amounts can be processed in-store or over the phone.
3. Promotion codes, discounts, and offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, unless expressly indicated.
4. Gift Vouchers are redeemable in our store, when ordering on the phone or online at www.turners-reatreat.co.uk. At certain times exclusions may apply where a Gift Voucher cannot be used to make a particular purchase. Turners Retreat reserves the right to amend these exclusions at any time.
5. Gift Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in the UK.
6. Online orders for Gift Vouchers will be despatched separately to any product orders made in the same transaction. Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient email address provided to us when the order is placed.
7. When you use your Gift Voucher, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance of the voucher. Change will not be given. Any balance on a Gift Voucher can be used as full or part payment on a future purchase.
8. Balances cannot be transferred between Gift Vouchers.
9. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
10. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Voucher. Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Voucher are subject to the Turners Retreat Returns Policy and the amount of the purchase price paid using a Gift Voucher will be reimbursed by way of a gift voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. Any remaining balance left on the Gift Voucher after the expiry of the validity period will be cancelled and the Gift Voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.
12. A Gift Voucher that has been given or issued as part of a promotion will have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the Gift Voucher.
13. Please look after your Gift Voucher and treat it like cash whilst it has a valid balance. You can check your balance by calling our team on 01302 744344.
14. Turners Retreat accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers. Turners Retreat cannot be held responsible for the unauthorised use of your Gift Voucher where the Gift Voucher code has become known to another party.
15. Turners Retreat reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, altered, or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
16. Turners Retreat will cancel the value of the Gift Voucher if we discover that it has been purchased fraudulently or if there has been any fraudulent activity surrounding the Gift Voucher.
17. Turners Retreat reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Purchase or use of our Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Your Gift Voucher is the property of Turners Retreat who reserves the right to cancel the Gift Voucher in situations where it is deemed necessary.
