"The product is fine and of an expected standard. It does the job perfectly adequately. However, I do have a concern. I used to be a regular customer at the shop and I received items that do not fall readily into the categories that now appear online. I'm thinking particularly of pen parts such as tubes and double beaded centre parts. These are often necessary in pen making because any number of things can go wrong in pen making. For instance the wood may fracture and one is unable to make use of the glued tube. Therefore new tubes are necessary. Your staff were always most accommodating is selling me extra tubes, centre beads etc. It would be good to know that you could still offer the same service online but there is no way of ordering such extras as things stand at the moment. And even though you say that you are accessible on the phone I have found this not to be the case. All my many attempts to phone you to obtain these kinds of spares have been unavailable.
