Important update
Official updates and advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing daily. This fast-evolving situation is affecting the nation, and further afield, in a variety of ways and it must be taken seriously if we want to combat it.
Today, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close our premises and services down until further notice. Our intention was to provide support to you during this difficult time, but following the announcement made by the Government yesterday, (Monday 23rd March), it’s vital that everyone stays at home as much as possible to prevent the virus from spreading.
Due to the Government not regarding our products as essential, we must take responsibility and temporarily close to look after our team, customers and the wider general public. We must look after one another, support the key workers and those on the frontline as much as possible by staying safe at home.
During our temporary closure, no orders will be processed or dispatched from our warehouse until further notice. Our team will be staying at home, for the Government instruction of three weeks, and will not have access to the company phone or email, therefore, we will be unable to respond to queries, process orders or issue any refunds during this time.
Our website will remain fully functional for you to browse our product range and online orders will be accepted if you choose to make a payment. However, please be aware that we cannot confirm a dispatch date at this time, you may be waiting for an unknown number of weeks for an order to arrive.
Please understand that the three weeks could be extended if the Government feel it’s necessary. We will monitor the situation as it develops and inform you of any changes as soon as we possibly can.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused but would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding during this challenging, extraordinary time.
We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you back in store when we’re up and running again, but in the meantime, please stay at home, wash your hands often and look after yourself and your loved ones.
