As Nottinghamshire has been placed in Tier 4, our store will be temporarily closed to visiting customers from Monday 4th January 2021.
Hello! We hope that you enjoyed the Christmas festivities and that you and your family are well and keeping safe.
Following the Government's announcement regarding rising numbers in COVID-19 cases in Nottinghamshire, we have been placed in Tier 4, meaning our store will be temporarily closed to visiting customers from Monday 4th January 2021 until further notice. We will closely monitor the situation as the Government reviews it and inform you of any changes as soon as we possibly can.
Online Support & Mail Order Service
Although our store is temporarily closed to visiting customers, our online store will remain open and we're here, ready to help you!Between Monday - Friday, from 9am - 4:45pm, we’ll be here at the other end of the phone to answer technical queries and offer product advice. If there's something you need, a mail order service is available. Orders can be placed on our website or over the phone and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Please note, we are operating with a smaller team than usual and will do our very best to help you as much as we can.
Delivery
It is important to us that your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible but during these challenging times, please understand that our estimated delivery times may be a little longer than usual. A next day service will be temporarily unavailable, but you are welcome to collect your order if you need it urgently. If you have any questions regarding an order, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
Collections
If you would like to collect your order, please give us a call to arrange a set date and time. As a precaution, we would be extremely grateful if payments could be made in advance and that you wear a face covering when collecting your order.
Courses
In the interest of safety, all Courses in January 2021 will be cancelled. Anyone booked on a Course this month will be contacted personally and offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. We hope to continue hosting Courses in February, but we will monitor the situation closely and advise of any updates nearer the time.Thank you
