Snow Alert: Delayed Delivery

Heavy snow affects DPD delivery operation in Scotland on Friday 4th December, 2020.

Heavy snow in Scotland has caused severe disruption and up to 50% of DPD trailers bound for depots in Scotland have been delayed.

Their teams are working hard to minimise any impact and will endeavour to deliver any parcels on Saturday and Sunday that are delayed today.

It is highly likely there will be a knock-on effect over the weekend if the severe weather continues, however DPD will keep you updated on the status of your delivery wherever possible.

Elsewhere in the UK service remains at 'Diamond' level, which is anything over 99.90% and although parcel volumes remain extremely high, their operation is running smoothly.

We will continue to monitor the situation in Scotland and we'll provide a further update as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.
